respect Life ministry - help wanted!
Looking for a special someone to help co-chair the Respect Life Ministry.
There are so many Pro-Life events that help to minister to so many! We just need a little help in scheduling and overseeing some of those events.

ecumenism commission
This past year has been an eventful one for the Ecumenism Commission!
Our diocese requires us to have an Ecumenism Commission – yet some don’t even know how to pronounce it! (uh·kyoo·muh·ni·zm, if you need a little help!) This commission focuses on collaborating with other churches in areas of common good. When churches work together, our community benefits. Yet, doing this in our area has taken some quiet and steady efforts from this team.
This small group has accomplished BIG things!
Starting with supporting the First Responder Prayer service, this group has had a regular schedule of activities last year. You may have seen their booth at the Volunteer Fair. Or maybe you attended the Veterans Day Prayer service. (Did you know we had 5 other churches collaborate with us?) Or maybe you attended the amazing Vigil Project evening of music and adoration, last year. (That was a WOW moment!)
This commission has planning retreats, oversses the service during our annual First Responders Week, and is also working on a Week of Christian Unity 2023! Keep your eyes open for additional updates.

evangelization & communications commissionThe Evangelization and Communication Commission is in the planning stages of forming new parish-wide Small Groups at St. Therese and we need your help!
In Small Groups, 8-10 parishioners gather for fellowship that encourages growth in relationship with Christ and each other through faith sharing. We're looking for a team of individuals to help set up and implement this new Small Group program.

- And most importantly, do you enjoy helping others?
If you said, “YES!” to any of these questions, then we have an opportunity for you! Come be a part of the St. Therese Parking Lot Committee!
If you believe that hospitality starts the minute you enter the campus,
then we need you!
The Parking Lot Greeters will provide stewardship and hospitality as well as safety to our parishioners and visitors. Parking Lot Greeters will serve in welcoming people in the parking lot, helping with traffic flow, providing a smile and an umbrella on a rainy day.
Did you know that the first impression of our church actually happens between the white lines on the pavement? You may be the first and last smile a parishioner sees while on our campus.
Requirements: 18 to 99 years young, smile and fun outlook on life, a desire to be involved, must look good in fluorescent orange vest! Curious?
