This full-time hourly position must be able to work onsite Sunday through Thursday and reports to the Parish Manager and the Facilities Maintenance Director. The ideal candidates must be able to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks. Position includes paid sick/vacation/holiday time. Health insurance benefits are available.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma and experience working in a professional office environment
Competent at data entry and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual preferred
Duties and responsibilities include:
General office duties including, but not limited to, answering telephones, greeting visitors, scheduling Mass intentions, making copies, posting/sorting mail, etc.
Facilities tasks including, but not limited to, assisting with equipment inventory, updating facilities software, maintaining Certificates of Insurance and contract schedules, etc.
Assisting parishioners before and after Sunday Masses.
