Parish Office Administrative Assistant (Scheduling/Facilities)

Luisa is one of our Parish Office Administrative Assistants.

On Saturdays as well as weekday mornings, she serves our parishioners who call or come to the Parish Office and any of our ministries that have Saturday meetings or events.

Luisa’s main responsibilities include:

Answer telephone, direct call and greet visitors
Open/lock classrooms/conference rooms/etc. before/after Saturday events/programs
Schedule Mass Intentions and prepare Mass Cards
Enter/balance/post all offertory/Holy Day/miscellaneous contributions/receipts
Serve as WELCOME DESK Coordinator for the Saturday 5:00pm Vigil Mass
Handling all Facilities and Narthex Scheduling Requests

Her office hours are Saturdays, 9:00am-6:30pm and Monday-Friday, 8:00am-11:00am.
