New Ministry Request Form

Thank you for your interest in starting a new ministry at St. Therese! 

Please submit a completed New Ministry Request form to the Parish Manager. They will review and discuss the request with the Pastor and will get a response back to you within 2 weeks of receipt of this form.

Please note: Pastor approval is required before new groups can schedule meetings and events or have information put in the bulletin.
