FORMED FOR EVERYONE!
Did you know that each adult member (over 18) of your household (with a valid email address) can be a FORMED user?
We encourage every adult member of your household to have their own FORMED account. This allows each user to personalize FORMED!
Benefits of having your own account:
- create user lists of talks, videos, programs, you want to watch
- any movies talks, book or programs you are watching will be saved and you can continue watching or listening.
FORMED is free to all members of St. Therese and anyone with whom they share it!

To Sign Up for FORMED:
- Go to formed.org/signup
- Under "Create a New Account" type in our zip code 28117 and then "St Therese" will pop up
- Click "St Therese 217 Brawley School Rd Mooresville NC"
- Click "Next"
- Type in your name and email address
- Click "Sign Up"
- You will then be signed in to browse the library to watch video content and listen to programs

Stay logged in, or if you logout, it's easy to log back in!
- Go to formed.org
- Click Sign in in the top right corner of the page
- Enter your email address. If you are an active user, you will be immediately emailed a link that will sign you in, once clicked. Open your email inbox and click the sign-in link.
- You will then be signed in to watch your video content
- *You cannot click in an old email to sign back in - please sign in again
