Submit your Meeting and Event Request Form online!
Please review the guidelines below before filling out your form:
Note: Liturgical events have priority.
If you have any questions about availability of space, please contact our Facilities Scheduler, at 704-664-3992 x 2100 or [email protected].
Please give the Facilities Scheduler three business days to have your event approved and scheduled.
The Facilities Scheduler is the only one who can schedule your event.
You will be sent a confirmation email once your event has been entered into the online calendar. Please do not assume your event has been approved.
If this is a fundraiser, approval of the Pastor is required. When you fill out the scheduling form, the Administrative Assitant will take it to the Pastor for approval, which can take a week or longer.
All scheduled events can be viewed online at: https://sainttherese.net/parish-calendar. The website can be accessed anytime to confirm your event has been scheduled.
SETUP NEEDS and any special requests such as time to decorate or cook and needs such as microphones, TV, VCR, DVD, lighting, etc., must be submitted with the scheduling form. **Please note - Room SETUP NEEDS MUST be submitted 2 weeks in ADVANCE for planning purposes.**
Kitchen – if your group needs the use of the kitchen, training is required. Please contact Facilities Maintenance Director, to set up a time for this training after the date has been confirmed.

If you need a bulletin announcement to promote your event, please contact our Communications Department at [email protected]at least a month in advance from the actual event date. Please note: The event must be approved and scheduled before it can be advertised.
