Eucharistic Ministers are parishioners 16 years of age or older who take on the responsibility of assisting the priest with the distribution of Holy Communion. This responsibility includes standing in your assigned places to distribute communion, putting the vessels on the altar for purification, washing up the vessels after Mass, and setting up the credence table for the next Mass. You pick the Mass at which you wish to be scheduled. There is a two hour training session and a background check required before you will be scheduled. You can be scheduled for any Mass you wish. Taking on this responsibility requires being present when you are scheduled or finding a substitute. Please prayerfully consider serving God by serving this community as a Eucharistic Minister.
