All requests for pulpit announcements MUST be written or e-mailed to the Communications Coordinator, for approval.
All requests MUST be received by the Communications Coordinator, by noon on Thursday before the weekend Masses.
Pulpit announcements are ONLY for events occurring over the next few days and are NOT intended for events weeks in advance except for special liturgical events. As per Fr. Mark, pulpit announcements can only be one or two sentences. Anything more than that should be in the bulletin. There will be no announcements for regularly scheduled recurring meetings.
Editing for content, brevity, and grammar will be at the discretion of the Communications Coordinator. All phone numbers and email addresses will be removed from the announcements.
