We use a variety of curricula in our program, depending on what you are teaching, catechists have resources both online and tangible textbooks and materials.
•Traditional Faith Formation uses Word of Life with Ignatius Press & Augustine Institute
•Edge, a Eucharistic Spirituality Catholic Middle School Youth Ministry, uses a semester-base delivery of catechesis that is written by Life Teen.
•Foundations of Faith, our year 1 sacramental prep program for 3rd-9th grade, focuses on salvation history and the kerygma, uses curriculum from Ascension Press.
•Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a Montessori-based program, has their own set of resources through each catechist's training and work together as catechist team to unify the learning experience between atria offered days.
•RCIC (Rite of Christian Initiation for Children), children who need baptized from ages 7-16), uses Journey of Faith that follows the Rite of Initation for Adults process: Inquiry, Catechumenate, Enlightenment & Mystagogy.
We also have extensive resources for supplemental use in our Catechists' Resource Room along with supplies.
